Would you like to order a commission from me? 
First, read my T.O.S. & E.U.L.A.

I have 3 levels of commissions, with varying fees depending on item and commission level.

~LEVEL ONE: SUGGESTION
I may or may not make this. It will be sold in the store for everyone or as Limited Edition at my discretion if I make it.

~LEVEL TWO: REQUEST
A requested commission is something the customer wants, but doest request that it only belongs to them. They pay slightly more than store price to be the first person to own it. They can also choose up to 2 other avatars to receive it for no additional cost. This can be requested for another avatar. 
                             
~LEVEL THREE: CUSTOM
A custom commission is the most expensive. This will be significantly more than store price as it will not be resold. This can be bought for another avatar. The base price only covers one avatar. If it is for more than one avatar, the price will increase.

~FEES & COSTS
The cost and fees depend on the creation level, time and effort required, and any incurred fees, like buying an avatar, texture, or part.

~TIME LINE: WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY COMMISSION TO BE READY?
Most of the time I start on a commission right away after I receive payment. Usually It takes me 3-7 days. It can take up to 3 or 4 weeks if my real life is chaotic. I ask for 6 weeks to work before getting impatient. If I am unable to complete a commission in under 8 weeks, I may refund a portion of what was paid, this is up to my discretion and based on what I have been able to do up to that point.

~WHAT IS A RUSH JOB AND WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR ME?
A rush job is when you want your commission completed in under 2 weeks, and it has a nonrefundable 2,000L fee, no matter what it is. This is separate from, and added to, the commission cost.

~PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT PLANS
There is a payment system. You pay one part up front. This is nonrefundable, and non negotiable for me to even start. Once this part is paid, you have OFFICIALLY ordered a commission from me. If you need a payment plan, it should be discussed before commission has started so I am aware. 
Once a commission is complete, you have a month, or 30 days, to pay in full. If a payment plan has been agreed upon, as long as communication and payments are coming, the 30 days do not apply.
~DISCLAIMER & WAIVER
I reserve the right to refuse a commission, and the right to not say why. I reserve the right to sell in store any level 3 commission that is not paid in full, for any reason. I do not resell or even use level three commission, they are put into a folder for back ups if needed. There are no refunds on commissions. If you are dissatisfied with the end product, you have two choices. a) you pay it anyways, and keep it for yourself, or b) you don't pay the rest, and you don't receive the product. In this case, I WILL resell it. You can buy it from a vendor. I also reserve the right to not accept future commissions from anyone who choose snot to pay second half of any commission at any level.
